4-Horn Investments to Sell National Tank & Equipment
PASADENA, TX, July 31, 2025 – 4-Horn Investments, LP (“4-Horn”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement to sell National Tank & Equipment, LLC (“NTE”) to Power Technique North America LLC, part of Atlas Copco Group.
NTE is a specialty rental provider of fluid transfer and storage solutions, offering a broad rental portfolio that includes pumps, storage tanks, filtration systems, and dewatering equipment. Its footprint spans more than 23 branches nationwide. NTE was founded in 2016 by 4-Horn.

For the year ended December 31, 2024, NTE had revenues of approximately $218,000,000. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter upon confirmation of regulatory clearance.
