Vehicle safety is paramount. The company utilizes GPS monitoring for vehicles and employee driving trends are scored. The GPS functionality is utilized to for Electronic Logging Device compliance, in accordance with the FMCSA ELD Mandate and vehicle maintenance. This scoring system, along with Collision Avoidance Training are essential parts of a Driver Improvement Program. This program has been proven successful in lowering and improving vehicle compliance, which results in cost reductions.
Training
Building a “safety-first” culture is essential from day one. This is achieved by the utilization of a Learning Management System. The LMS is the foundation for building a successful employee by ensuring the employee understands the company’s core values, policies and procedures.

ACCOUNTING & FINANCE

Bank Relationship Management:
- Extensive relationships with financial institutions to help you source funding for future growth
- Establish lines of credit and other debt facilities with our network of financial institutions
- Manage all monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements
Credit and Collections:
- Manage customer on-boarding by reviewing/approving credit applications, performing credit reviews for new customers, and establishing new customer accounts
- Set and actively manage credit limits for each customer
- Manage customer relationships to ensure timely payments
- Work with company’s sales force to focus on collection efforts and reducing DSO
- File notices and liens when necessary
A/R- Cash Application:
- Deposit and apply funds when received from customers
- Provide management reporting on status of A/R balances
- Review and distribute bank statements on a daily basis
- Manage customer refund process when necessary
Billing:
- Complete monthly summarized billings for customers
- Create jobsite/rig specific invoices for customers in the energy sector
- Submit and manage company invoicing process which includes submission and tracking with various customer portals
Accounts Payable:
- Ensure all outstanding invoices from vendors are approved, processed and paid
- Complete and submit credit applications for your vendors
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis
- Works with A/P to ensure expenses are coded correctly
- Manage annual external audit/review process
- Contract review from lease agreements to Master Service Agreements
- Perform daily bank reconciliations
Analysis:
- Perform break even analysis to assist you in understanding your company’s financial performance
- Assist with preparing proformas for prospective companies
- Lead the annual budget and forecasting process
- Perform Ad-Hoc analysis and reporting as needed
